Eviction
With PMI Bay Property Management’s Eviction Guarantee, you can trust us to manage the eviction process, including associated costs or fees up to $2,000, should a screened tenant placed by us ever need to be evicted. We understand the frustration and financial implications of tenant lease violations. When you opt for our Eviction Protection Plan, we handle the entire eviction process and cover legal expenses, giving you peace of mind.

Summary of How the Eviction Guarantee Works:
- Owner must enroll in our Eviction Protection Plan as part of the Management Agreement.
- New tenants with leases signed after the Management Agreement is executed receive immediate coverage.
- Existing tenants with leases signed before the Management Agreement enjoy coverage after seven months.
- The program does not include coverage for lost rent, move-out expenses, or property damage.
- Owners are not covered for the tenant’s attorney fees, court-ordered fines, damages, or penalties.
- Subscription to the Eviction Protection Plan must be specified in the current Property Management Agreement.

On-Time Rent
At PMI Bay Property Management, we understand the importance of timely payments for property owners. That’s why we offer our On-Time-Rent Guarantee. We ensure that your payments are deposited into your account by the 10th business day of the month when the tenant pays rent by the first. If we fail to meet this commitment, we’ll refund you that month’s management fee. Rest assured, getting your money to you promptly is a top priority for us.

Happiness
Should you ever find our services unsatisfactory and wish to terminate our property management agreement, you have the flexibility to cancel without penalty, providing 30 days’ notice. This notice period facilitates a seamless transition for the tenant, completion of any pending maintenance tasks and invoices, and ensures proper assignment of the lease and security deposit funds to facilitate a smooth transfer of a contented tenant.
